What we measure
Anonymous, aggregated statistics (visits, countries, devices) via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no individual identification, no cross-site tracking.
Cookies
This site does not use its own cookies for tracking or advertising. There may be technical cookies set by the underlying infrastructure (Cloudflare, Vercel) solely to deliver content — none of them identifies an individual. That is why this site does not show a cookie consent banner: no cookie of ours requires that permission under LGPD or GDPR.
Nature of this site
This is a concept and portfolio site. It gathers fictional universes, characters, illustrations, narrative systems, and visual studies of personal authorship. All content presented here is part of original works under continuous development.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including artwork, illustrations, texts, proper names, characters, creatures, universes (Kammara, Bichittos, and others), linguistic systems, glyphs, symbols, and other creative elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Guitta Monatega and is protected under Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610/98) and international treaties. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, use in training of artificial intelligence models, or commercial use is forbidden without express written permission.
Use of AI in production
Some images on this site were generated with the assistance of AI tools. In every case, generation occurred under the explicit creative direction of the author: specialized prompts were developed from previously conceived doodles, hand-drawn sketches, character studies, palettes, and authorial visual references. AI tools acted as an instrument of assisted execution — analogous to a digital brush, a 3D sculpting tool, or any other technical resource — and did not replace conceptual, narrative, or aesthetic authorship. The resulting work is considered a derivative creation of a personal authorial process and, as such, remains the author's intellectual property.
Reservation of rights
The author expressly reserves the right not to allow this content to be used for training, fine-tuning, or any form of inclusion in generative AI systems, training databases, public or commercial datasets. This reservation applies to all textual and visual content on this site.
